Bikes and Trains
- Bicycles are carried on the trains of all train companies operating on the National Rail network
- They are carried for free on Thames Trains services and on many South West Trains services
- There are, however, restrictions on trains arriving in London in the morning peak time and departing from London in the evening peak time
- Other services usually have a small charge and require booking

- Compact folding bikes are carried free
- Cycle parking is available at all rail stations in Reading, except Reading
