Up to 7 hours - £12.00
Over 7 hours - £12.00

Monday to Sunday, 6pm - 8am: £3.00 flat fee

Lost ticket fee: £12.00

12 months - £1,600.00
6 months - £910.00
3 months - £500.00

How do I pay?

You will take a ticket at the entry barrier, which you will need to pay for at one of the three paystations before returning to your vehicle.

You will find a paystation in on the ground level in each staircase.

Please note that you will be unable to pay cash at the exit barrier.

If you require assistance, please press the help button which you will find on the entry and exit barriers and at all paystations.

Payment methods:

The paystations accept all coins from 10p to £2.00, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and Maestro.

Blue Badge holders:

Normal charges apply for Blue Badge holders. Blue Badge holders can still park free of charge in Hills Meadow, Kings Meadow, Cattle Market and Chester Street car parks. Civic B car park also has free parking for blue badge holders during evening opening hours and at weekends.

Disabled spaces are located on lower ground floor of the car park on the side nearest the river.

Toilets are located in staircase 2 on the lower ground floor.

There are numerous cameras and help points located around the car park on all floors.
