By Car

From the M4 Junction 10 follow signs on to A329M and into Reading. Come off on slip road to Reading centre on to A4. Then follow London Road A4 from roundabout still following signs to Reading. At major junction of A329 and A4, a major set of traffic lights (known locally as Cemetery Junction), carry straight ahead on London Road A4, keeping in left hand lane. The Bupa Centre is on the corner of London Road and Denmark Road. Turn into Denmark Road and then first right into the car park. If you miss the turning take the next turn left into Craven Road and left at the mini-roundabout into Erleigh Road and left again into Denmark Road. The car park is at the end of the road before the T junction back with London Road.
