Case Studies

Eileen, a new cyclist and participant in Cycling for Health, had never ridden a bicycle before.

“Last week was the first time I had heard about the cycling,” said Eileen.  “I came with my grandchildren to see their Aunt Kathy riding a bicycle and I took part last week – never been on a bicycle in my life before – and I feel quite proud of myself, so I’ve come back again”.

Kathy has been coming to Cycling for Health for a year and half.  “I’m very glad I found Cycling for Health,” Kathy said.  “It’s really invigorating to come out on a Monday morning and do a few laps around the track.  I would encourage everyone that’s interested to come give it a go”.
