Route connecting Emmer Green to Reading Station via route R4 this route utilises mainly residential roads and shared use paths. Old Peppard Road provides links to BBC Caversham Park and The Hill Primary School before using a short shared use path between The Horse Close and Chiltern Road, linking to route R4 at Star Rd.
